Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your payment will be processed only once your order has shipped. In order to provide faster and greener shipping for United States residents on both coasts, Deck Towel produces all towels in New York but ships them from Michigan. Shipping is based on weight. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes before ordering. Only residents of New York will be charged the state sales tax. Please ensure that your shipping address is current when placing an order. Deck Towel is unable to redirect packages.

Returns & Exchanges

We're confident about the quality of our towels. Each Deck Towel you purchase includes a sixty-day, money-back guarantee. If you decide the product is not for you, simply e-mail with your request to return your towel within sixty days. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Please note: Washed, ironed, stained or otherwise unsaleable products cannot be returned and will be returned to the customer at their own cost. Bags and other accessories cannot be returned. Only towels purchased from our online shop may be returned or exchanged. Deck Towel cannot accept responsibility for the reimbursement of lost return packages without tracking numbers. All international and Canadian orders are final sale. Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed. Only towels returned to our warehouse, not to our studio at 315 Bleecker Street, can be processed for a refund. The address for return packages is:
